Distributes ‘family-planning bracelets’ to illiterate women and hires women from the communities they support to make the bracelets. The bracelets have three different coloured beads: red (bleeding days), yellow (fertile days) and blue (infertile/safe days). After each day, a rubber ring (similar to a washer) is moved to the next bead to help women track their menstrual cycle.
