This is the same as Standard Windmill Loop weaving, – each strip is stapled to form a loop.
This is handy for those who find tucking the ends in in the Windmill Strip weave a bit tricky.
This opens up the technique to more materials which don’t necessarily come in loops, such as non-recyclable plastic. It also allows different sizes to be chosen, so it is not as limiting as a fixed loop size.
