A book in with a page of instructions on Windmill Loop Weaving using paper. Can anyone help me find out the history of this technique in China?

I would need to determine if these other versions also contain Windmill Loop instructions, find out how they are described in Chinese and then see if there are any chinese books whose instuctions pre-date these.
