Open School BC (OSBC) is a cost recovery unit within the Ministry of Education and Child Care. OSBC’s 20-member team brings a wide range of expertise in educational
resource development.

OSBC designs, develops and distributes educational resources and services to public sector.

Making education and training effective is what we’re all about. We design, develop and deliver solutions for specific learning situations or needs—from print resources for trades apprentices to workplace training hosted in our learning management system.
